The brisket stood out with its 12 hour smoke and was very tender. My wife had three different tacos including brisket, pork, and chicken and loved each one. Hit up the new brick and mortar location today. The pork and brisket tacos were excellent (as usual). Love the red cabbage and pickled red onions on top. Wish there was a little less “liquid fat” as I was coated in grease by the time I finished my meal. They need to hire more people because I don’t think the crowd is going to dissipate (I was there at 3:30 and it was humming!). Take out only.
